Dispatch of course materials to you
If, for any reason, you choose to cancel your registration within the cancellation period (14 days from registration or from access to the VLE, whichever is later), course materials may have already been dispatched to you.
To obtain a complete refund of any fees remitted to us, you must return the provided course materials. Failure to return the course materials will result in the deduction of their cost from any refunded amount.
All materials returned to us must be in the same condition as when you received them. This condition also pertains to the return of any licensed digital materials you may have received.
